There is no limitation on the number of items that can be associated in a OPC Controls component.

There is no limit on the number of OPC Items or Servers that can be used in an OPC Controls component.

There is no limit on the number of OPC Controls components that can be active at any time.  This is accomplished with Fast OPC technology using an multi-threaded ActiveX server.
